GO MODULAR / TERMS
Terms of Service
Please read these terms before registering or subscribing to GO Modular.
1. Provider and agreement
GO Modular (the “Service”) is operated by Applefix Global Network (“we”, “us” or “our”), at No. 50, Jalan Stadium, 25000 Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. By creating an account, accessing or paying to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to act for it.
Contact: [email protected] or WhatsApp +60 16-340 2218 (messages only).
2. Service and scope
GO Modular offers online software for business operations including supported retail, service, repair, inventory, staff, reporting and F&B workflows. The modules and functions available depend on the selected business profile, account settings and any applicable subscription. Our Retail & Service and F&B pages describe published features and prices.
We provide access to software rather than shipment of physical goods. Internet access and a compatible device are required.
3. Registration and account security
You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials confidential, and manage access granted to your staff. You are responsible for actions performed under authorised users of your business account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share credentials with unrelated businesses or impersonate another business.
4. Subscription, price and payment
Available subscription periods and the amount payable are shown on our public pricing pages and at activation/checkout. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Any applicable referral discount must be valid and applied before payment. Review the selected plan and displayed total before confirming.
New subscriptions are activated after payment has been successfully confirmed by the relevant payment provider and processed by our system. Access is provided electronically to the registered account. A paid access period runs for the selected weekly, monthly or yearly term. Where renewal is offered, the renewal terms and amount must be disclosed at the time of purchase; no automatic renewal is implied by these Terms alone.
Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment gateway. Do not send card or online-banking credentials through WhatsApp or email.
5. Cancellation, expiry and refunds
You may decide not to renew at the end of your current paid subscription. If you need assistance cancelling a scheduled renewal or reviewing an activation issue, contact our support team. Access to paid features may expire when the paid term ends, subject to the account status and applicable law.
Refunds, duplicate payments and payment disputes are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Your business data
You remain responsible for the correctness and legality of the customer, inventory, financial, staff and other information entered into the Service and for making disclosures to individuals whose data your business collects. You must have the appropriate authority to upload and use that data. We process account and business data as needed to provide and secure the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful activities, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorised access, malicious code, scraping that interferes with the platform, or attempts to circumvent branch/user security restrictions. You must not disrupt other users or misuse third-party integrations. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with the law or investigate serious misuse.
8. Availability, updates and external services
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, third-party outages and updates may affect availability. Integrations such as payment gateways or messaging services may be subject to third-party terms and availability. Material changes to subscribed services will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
9. Intellectual property and licence
GO Modular software, interface, documentation and branding belong to us or our licensors. An active subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your internal business operations, subject to these Terms. You must not redistribute, reverse-engineer where prohibited by law, or claim ownership of our software.
10. Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate data entered by users, lost internet access, misuse of credentials or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control. We will not exclude liability or consumer rights where such exclusion is prohibited. Malaysian law governs these Terms, and disputes are subject to applicable Malaysian legal processes.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, business operations or legal requirements. The latest version and effective date will be published here. Significant changes will be communicated where required. For questions or complaints, email [email protected] or message WhatsApp support.
